Who we are

NV & more is a community guide for Nordvest, Copenhagen. We share events, stories and experiences from the neighbourhood. You can contact us at nordvestandmore@gmail.com.

What data we collect and why

When you book an experience through our website, we collect:

  • Your name and email address — to confirm your booking and send you relevant information
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

    • When you browse the site:

  • If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous information about which pages you visit, how long you stay, and approximately where you're visiting from (country level). This helps us understand which content is useful.
  • If you decline analytics cookies, no individual tracking occurs. Google still receives a small cookieless ping (page URL and approximate country) used only for aggregate, anonymous trend estimates — no cookies, no personal data, no individual identifier.
  • Vercel Analytics measures basic page performance (how fast pages load). No cookies are stored for this.

    • We do not collect any data when you browse events or read the blog.

    Who we share your data with

  • Stripe — handles payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.
  • Supabase — stores booking records securely.
  • Notion — used internally to manage bookings and sessions.
  • Google (Analytics) — anonymous usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — hosts our website and provides anonymous performance metrics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

    • We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

    How long we keep your data

    We keep booking records for up to 3 years for accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.

    Your rights

    Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email nordvestandmore@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

    Cookies

    When you first visit the site, you'll see a banner asking whether to allow analytics cookies.

  • If you accept: Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser containing an anonymous identifier (no personal data) so we can analyse site usage trends. Your consent choice is also stored locally in your browser so we don't ask you again.
  • If you decline: No analytics cookies are set. Only your decline choice is stored locally so we don't ask again.
  • To withdraw consent at any time: clear cookies and site data for nordvestandmore.com in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit, and you can choose differently.
