A natural extension of Flere Fugle's original bakery — shelves lined with wine, olive oil, coffee, the chai mix from Hindu de Chai, flour and semolina, canned goods, their own pickled vegetables, fresh produce, dairy, and the ceramics from Damhus you might recognize from their cafés. There are even low-waste bathroom essentials and a few thoughtful gift items — including local artist Argentum's linoleum prints of Nordvest motifs. The bakery classics are still there too — crispy buns, pastries, and weekend bread to go. It's the kind of place you pop in for sourdough and leave with olive oil, cheese, and a birthday gift.
