Stepping inside feels like wandering into a cozy extension of a book lover’s living room, complete with that unmistakable, comforting scent of old paper. With over 5,000 carefully curated titles on the shelves, the shop specializes in quality fiction, poetry, and humanities (including a small selection of English books). It is the absolute perfect place to slow down, unplug, and browse for a hidden literary gem. If you're lucky, you might even spot Benjamin's "Antikvarmobil"—his mobile, forest-green book truck—out and about in Copenhagen during the warmer months! Local Tip: They are only open Wednesday through Saturday, and a lot of Benjamin's best arrivals sell out in the shop before they ever make it onto his website, so a physical visit is highly recommended.
